My Personal Approach

I created my own unique methodology that integrates emotional strategies with quantum energy healing, nutritional recommendations, and spiritual practices for peace of mind, vibrant health, and harmonious relationships.

My approach to mental and physical health is unique in that I work in both the physical and non-physical realms to initiate healing that supports transformation on all levels of well-being.

So what does that mean exactly? Well…

…considering that creation begins in the subtle, unseen realms and that all things physical influence and effect the subtle, according to scientists, working intentionally within both these fields simultaneously therefore enables us to create aligned change at a more rapid pace (a pace that is comfortable to each of us) and enhances our ability to sustain these changes.

• daily tools and resources to help you empower yourself to create the change(s) you seek to experience

• and anything else of relevance that your guides, Higher Self, and/or loved ones want you to be aware of to assist you on your path

Light language is channelled via spoken, signed, and at times, written form with the intention to assist you in aligning with your higher Self and to help you acclimate, through time, to a more expanded state of consciousness.

This is achieved through one or a combination of the following…

• soul integration

• removal of lower vibratory frequencies

• repatterning of detrimental thought and behavioural patterns

• rewiring of neural pathways

• rescripting of the akashic records

• DNA activations
